The Fujifilm Real 3D W3 claims to shoot Real 3D video in High Definition complete with playback via direct connection to most 3D TVs using an HDMI mini-cable. It comes with two Fujinon 3x optical zoom lenses (35-105mm equivalent) and twin 10 megapixel CCD sensors which provides the option of viewing 3D images on the large LCD screen without special glasses or on 3D HD TV systems using the 3D glasses that come with the television.
The camera also comes equipped with a Mini HDMI 1.4 port, a 3.5-inch widescreen LCD screen with 1150k resolution that displays images in 3D without the need for special glasses, as well as 3D and 2D functions.
Fujifilm’s Senior Category Manager – Consumer & Professional Products, Matt Dole, said the new FinePix REAL 3D W3 once again demonstrates the company’s commitment to 3D technology.
“FUJIFILM has made 3D imaging more accessible to all consumers by enabling them to shoot in 3D HD and then easily view their photos and movies on most 3D TV systems,” he said.
The Fujifilm FinePix Real 3D W3 has a recommended retail price of $599 and is available now.
