The Izona CookSurface and Izona CoolDrawer from Fisher and Paykel have been selected as finalists in the 2009 Australian International Design Awards.

Fisher and Paykel’s National Marketing Manager, Peter Russell said, “We are thrilled to have not one but two of the new Izona products – the CookSurface and the CoolDrawer selected as finalists for such a prestigious design award. This is clear recognition that Fisher & Paykel and indeed the Izona range are firmly at the forefront of innovation and design.”
“The professional design community is embracing the Izona idealogy – that is ‘Now all your Ideas are Possible’. Indeed architects have been quick to recognize the nearly unlimited design options afforded by integrated under bench refrigerator freezer drawers and smooth surfaced gas cooktops” commented Russell.
The winner will be announced at the Australian International Design Awards Presentation Night in Melbourne on the 29th May.
