Parrot Bluetooth Device With Voice Recognition Tech.

Minikit Slim is a Bluetooth hands-free portable device from Parrot that can be fixed on the sun visor of a car, on a piece of furnishing in a home, or carried around in a pocket.

Once paired, the unit automatically synchronises its phonebook with the contacts on a mobile phone. When calling a contact in a phone’s address book, the Minikit Slim uses voice recognition technology to allow users to call without having to dial the number. If several numbers are associated with the same person, users tell the kit which one they want to dial by saying mobile, work, home, and so on. It is also possible to record a voiceprint (shortcut) for a contact.

Parrot has combined its audio expertise with vibrating panel technology. No more speakers – the top panel is connected to the audio circuit and vibrates to reproduce natural, open sound. The results are spectacular – stunning sound quality, crystal-clear conversations and power always ready to go. The discreet high-sensitivity microphone is built into the design.

The Bluetooth wireless technology enables voice and data to be sent via a short distance radio link. It connects a wide range of electronic equipment without requiring additional cables. Furthermore, it extends the communication possibilities for mobile phones and a large number of devices.
