Optus: Get Naked For Less

Optus lets you get Naked for $55 as it ups the ante on bundles

Telco No. 2 has overhauled its fixed line broadband and phone plans with new TV phone/internet and NBN ‘bundles’, as well as broadband-only, phone-only plans.
As Telsta announced new bundles recently starting at $115, Optus today unleashed a slew of new bundle options including TV/phone/internet bundles for $110 per month, as well as NBN bundles with 10% off when bundled with mobile plans.

Bundles start at $65 for ‘casual’ users (50GB internet + home phone), and phone/broadband/FetchTV bundles with 300GB Internet data for $110, and there’s a 500GB plan for $140 for big data guzzlers.

Optus is also offering 10% off the broadband and phone plan fees to customers when bundled with a postpaid mobile plan ($30 and above).

Users who sign up to the National Broadband Network also get a 10% chopped off broadband or phone fees when bundled with an Optus mobile plan.
The entry-level Optus Naked Broadband plan starts at $55 for 50GB per month, there’s also 120GB for $75, and at the top end it’s 500GB for $100. All plans include a WiFi modem.
Optus’ new phone-only plans start at $22 a month and there’s a new $60 plan with unlimited standard national and mobile calls.
“Optus continually looks to deliver products and plans that are designed to make our customers’ lives easier. Refreshing our range of fixed plans provides our customers with even simpler plans and more choice with an added discount,” said Martin Mercer, Managing Director, Strategy and Fixed.
