$45,000 iPhones Stolen From JB Hi-Fi

$45,000 worth of iPhones stolen from JB Hi Fi in Adelaide51 new iPhones valued at approximately $45,000 were stolen from a JB Hi-Fi store at Modbury, Adelaide on Sunday last. 

The incident occured at about 3pm on 12 January when four men entered the store and two broke into a locked cupboard and made off with the Apple phones, while the others distracted staff members.
The models stolen are believed to be the newly released iPhone 5s, which starts at $869.  
It was not until after the men left that the theft was apparent.  

Police believe this is an organised group working nationally targeting electronic devices at large stores and shopping complexes.

This is the latest in a series of robberies at JB Hi-Fi stores, nationally. 

South Australia Police say the men were described as being of Caucasian appearance, approximately 175cm tall with slim builds and several had an Irish accent.
