Beko is ramping up its presence at JB Hi-Fi with an expanded line-up of heat pump dryers targeting Australian consumers looking for lower power consumption, smart connectivity and faster drying performance.
At the entry level, the standout is the 8kg Heat Pump Condenser Dryer priced at $899. The model delivers an 8-star energy rating and focuses heavily on practicality, with features including Hygienic Drying, reverse tumble technology to reduce tangling, and Beko’s EcoGentle system designed to protect clothing colours during drying. It also includes a combined lint and condenser filter to simplify maintenance, a growing selling point for consumers moving away from traditional vented dryers.
Stepping up slightly, the 8kg Heat Pump Dryer at $944 introduces Wi-Fi connectivity through Beko’s HomeWhiz platform, allowing users to remotely monitor and customise drying programs. It also adds steam-assisted “Ready to Wear” functionality, designed to reduce wrinkles and minimise ironing, alongside Allergy UK-approved hygienic drying cycles.

At the top end of the range, Beko is pushing its hybrid heat pump technology hard. The flagship 10kg Hybrid Heat Pump Dryer with Steam, priced at $1344, combines conventional heating with heat pump efficiency through the company’s RapiDry system. Beko claims users can dry 5kg of laundry in just one hour while still having access to energy-saving modes when speed is less critical.
The premium models also feature 9-star energy ratings, smart HomeWhiz integration, steam refresh cycles, and quieter operation around 62-63dBA, making them more suitable for apartment and family use.

For larger households, the 9kg dryers add bigger capacity and premium finishes, including a graphite option that reflects the growing consumer demand for darker kitchen and laundry appliances.
Beko is also targeting apartment owners and space-conscious buyers with washer-dryer combo models which combine washing and drying functions into a single appliance while retaining Wi-Fi connectivity and rapid wash-and-dry cycles.
Across the range, Beko is betting that Australians now expect energy-efficient performance, steam care and smart connectivity as standard features, not luxury add-ons.
