HTC Corporation has just announced the new Dopod C730, a powerful 3.5G messaging phone that comes with a QWERTY keyboard and the latest Windows Mobile 6 OS.

Running on the latest Windows Mobile 6 standard operating system with a powerful 400MHz processor, the C730 is set to provide ultimate convenience for professionals on the move, the company says.
The C730 is a smartphone that keeps users connected easily with Microsoft Direct Push Technology and 3.5G HSDPA. This smartphone measures only 13.5mm, has a built-in high speed 802.11g Wi-Fi connection, and supports GSM Quadband and WCDMA Network and EDGE. Moreover, the C730 is also equipped with a 5-way navigational button, 3-way smart jog bar and full QWERTY keypad for convenient scrolling and easy input for messaging.
The C730 comes with a 128MB built-in ROM and 64MB RAM memory as well as a 2.4 inch QVGA display screen. The C730 also comes with a 2.0 mega-pixel CMOS camera for taking photos while on the go. The C730 allows a user to edit documents, sync email and schedule list as well as update contacts database. One can also go to Windows Live and have multiple conversations with friends, business partners and colleagues.
The C730 also has rich HTML email support that will let users read emails in HTML format. The company claims that the HTML email support works with any POP mail account and Exchange Server 2007 and really positions the C730 to be at the forefront of this advanced technology.
