The Toshiba Satellite T130 notebook, currently being sold in Australia appears to be okay and is not prone to oveheating claims the Japanese Company. who on Friday issued a recall of thousands of notebooks 
Toshiba Australia claim that no consumers have reported incidents of overheating around the AC adaptor plug whereas in the US, Canada and European markets Toshiba has managed a limited number of incidents regarding the issue which have been addressed with a BIOS download from their local country websites.
The Update will determine if there is a potential issue and if so, immediately disable external power of the product, preventing it from overheating.
