Fujitsu’s new Notebook includes 3.5G capability, meaning users can slot their SIM card into the unit to chat, send emails or do an internet search.

Fujitsu says the Lifebook P1630 is targeted at those who work on the move and need a mobile solution for their computing and communication needs.
The unit can be slipped into a handbag and carried around with comfort and ease. It has a swivel screen, which turns it into a Tablet PC with a digitiser pen.
Other features include an 8.inch WXGA transmissive anti-glare screen with LED backlight for outdoor viewing. It features a flip-out UMTS diversity antenna and a palm-rejecting touch panel to save the user from the common problem of accidentally engaging the wrong button when using the stylus.
It utilises Intel Centrino 2 processor technology and has a battery life of up to six hours. Coupled with an integrated 1.3 Mega Pixel camera, it also has a bi-directional hinge, communication tools such as LAN, WLAN, WWAN, Bluetooth v2.1, and the Fujitsu 3D Shock Sensor.
It also comes with a eight levels of security – LifeBook Lock, Fingerprint Recognition, Trusted Platform Module (TPM), BIOS Lock, HDD Lock, Anti-theft Lock Slot and the Fujitsu 3D Shock Sensor.
