Presto Hits Aussie PlayStations

SYDNEY – Presto has begun streaming to Sony PlayStation 3 and 4 game consoles as Sony kicks off its 20th anniversary of PlayStation in Australia.PS3 and PS4 owners can now download the Presto app, using a registered
PlayStation Network account, accessing streamed TV and movies, including the
recently arrived The Big Bang Theory, along with Home and Away: An Eye for an
Eye.

Presto says it has “curated a special collection of its hit programs”
to mark the launch and anniversary, including: The Big Bang Theory, Mr. Robot,
Heroes, The Walking Dead, Halt and Catch Fire, Entourage, Grimm, The X-Files
and Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Michael Ephraim, Sony Australia MD, said the partnership is part of Sony’s
“mission to transition PlayStation 4 into an all-encompassing
entertainment device, making it the only digitally connected entertainment
system to offer all available streaming services in Australia” – Channel
