Creative today announced the availability of the new X-Fi Xtreme Audio Notebook for the Australian market. The company claims that users may finally enjoy superb audio from his/her notebook.

According to Creative, the X-Fi Crystallizer restores the detail and vibrancy to compressed music and movies, with highs and lows intelligently enhanced to ensure crystal clear clarity. Moreover, the X-Fi CMSS-3D moves sound away from the ears into the surrounding space, creating an amazing virtual headphone surround sound in DVD movies. It also expands stereo music into rich, full multi-channel sound with voices centered in front of you and ambient sound all around you.
In addition to the X-Fi technology, the X-Fi Xtreme Audio Notebook also includes the following key features:
