Apple Lose Another Samsung Galaxy Tab Court Fight

Like Australia, Apple has lost another application to have Samsung’s Galaxy tablets banned in the Netherlands.Apple and Samsung have been embroiled in acrimonious legal battles for over nine months in both Australia and Europe after Apple sued Samsung in Australia, Germany and the Netherlands.

What Apple wanted was to stop sales of Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 10.1 which is proving to be the most popular Android tablet after the iPad in Australia. Mysteriously neither Toshiba, Acer, Asus or Motorola copped a serve from Apple despite having similar Android tablets.

In December last year, the Australian Federal Court ruled in favour of Samsung.
