The gamer behind hit title LA Noire – released just months ago – filed for administration with Australian Securities and Exchange Commission on August 30.
Just days earlier it made a separate filing notifying of a change in management.

It was rumoured to be selling its assets to KMM Games, where many of its staff including founder Brendan McNamara now works, according to reports.
The gamer, whose registered office is in Neutral Bay, has been plagued by bad management and reports from former disgruntled employees, who complained they were not accredited for their work on the hit title.
Team Bondi also parted ways with New York based publisher, Rockstar, behind the LA Noire crime thriller game released here in May on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
The gamer had also been investigated by the International Game Developer’s Association following the employee complaints.
The global hit L.A Noire is life sized game, set in post World War II allowing gamers enter the murky world of veteran turned LAPD detective, Cole Phelps, as he attempts to unravel the truth behind a conspiracies and brutal murders.
It features “groundbreaking” motionscan animation technology that mimicks real life facial expressions.

Set up in 2003 by McNamara, ex Sony employee, the Aussie gamer just last May announced it has started working on fully body motion capture to work with MotionScan technology.
