Breville Oracle Espresso Machine Seriously Impressive

If you read the forums, coffee lovers who have already purchased the top-of-the range Breville Oracle which is the world’s first automatic manual espresso machine, are raving about their new investment.

One guy in
the USA claimed it was “fantastic” because it stopped his wife having to
constantly dive out to Starbucks for a coffee fix.

The Oracle
is the world’s first automatic manual espresso machine that allows owners to
make coffee as good as the barista at your favourite coffee shop. Breville
developed the Oracle, selling for $2,499, so it has automatic grinding, dosing,
tamping and milk texturing, automating the most difficult parts of manual
espresso.

Fat Duck restaurant owner and chef, Heston Blumenthal,
reckons Australia has the best barista’s outside of Italy, so it is not
surprising that an Australian company has produced a top end coffee machine.

At the
heart of the Oracle is its dual stainless steel boiler triple heat
system.  The Oracle has a dedicated espresso boiler with PID technology to
extract the espresso shot to within +/- 1?C of the selected temperature.

The
dedicated steam boiler delivers instant and continuous steam on demand. You can
extract espresso and texture milk simultaneously allowing you to capture the
delicate aromatics of the espresso in your coffee by having the espresso and milk
ready at the same time.

There is
also an Over Pressure Valve and this commercial feature limits the maximum
pressure throughout the extraction, helping to prevent bitter flavours in the
shot. It also has true low pressure pre-infusion, which gradually increases the
pressure to gently expand the grinds for an even extraction.

This
machine has also won a SmartHouse 2015 Best of the Best Award for Best Coffee
Machine.
