Local TV distributor Avatec is offering a bonus home theatre subwoofer 5.1 system to every customer who purchases a TV.
The special promotion has been timed to coincide with the release of the company’s new range of LCD models, which includes a 32-inch high-definition model (in the F8 series) priced at $1598.
Other models in then F8 range are the 26-inch LCD, priced at $1198, and the 37-inch, priced at $2198. The 32-inch screen can also be upgraded to include a DVD player for an extra $100. Avatec has also released a higher-end model, the 42-inch LT19 series. This unit comes priced at $3198.
The bonus home theatre system will also be sold separately for $598 when it arrives in September.
