Creative has launched a new portable music player which offers similar specs to Apple’s tiny iPod Shuffle, but for about $30 less.
The new Creative Zen Stone player offers 1GB storage for your music, has a ‘play’ and ‘random’ function (or ‘shuffle’ function) and is available in range of colours including black, white, blue and pink.
The new player allows you to skip between folders containing favourite artists or playlists, but like the Shuffle, does not have a screen to view your lists. The Zen also weighs in a bit heavier than the Shuffle, at 18.5 grams, compared to 15 grams.
A range of optional accessories, including skins, armbands and keychains are also available for the player.
The Zen Stone MP3 will be available in black from June, while pink, blue and white will be available from July.
