This Thursday marks the launch of Foxtel’s new On Demand service for iQ subscribers, which will make select movies and other programmes available to watch ‘on demand’.
Foxtel says On Demand will provide subscribers a selection of up to 24 hours of its “best programming” including movies and premieres to watch whenever they want to (as opposed to a particular time slot). And each Thursday, Foxtel will add a further 12 hours hours of programming to the On Demand service.
“The On Demand service will give our iQ subscribers even more choice and convenience and access to the best programming FOXTEL has to offer when they want to watch it,” said Foxtel’s Patrick Delany.
The service will be free and will be linked to the subscriber’s existing package. It can be accessed by clicking the ‘On Demand’ menu from the Foxtel Digital Guide.
Among the programs to be included on the February 8 launch date will be the second season of drama series Love My Way as well as Mania (Crime & Investigation Network), Shooting Sizemore (VH1), Rumour Has it (Movie One), Great Australian Sandcastles: Admiralty House (How To Channel), The Constant Gardener (SHOWTIME), The Lost Evidence (The History Channel), Poor Little Rich Girls (LifeStyle Channel), Seconds From Disaster (National Geographic), Nightmares and Dreamscapes (Movie Extra), Real World Denver (MTV), McBride: Anyone Here Murder Marty (Hallmark) and Dinner Takes All (LifeStyle FOOD).
