US-based iPod accessories company Gizmac has launched a trade-in program for owners of competitors’ iPod cases.
The program, which starts today, and lasts for a month, allows you to send over your non-Gizmac case, and receive a 50 percent discount on the purchase of a new Gizmac Titan Clear iPod case.
Although only one trade-in can be used per purchase, multiple purchases can be made if the same number of competitor’s cases will be traded in. Orders will need to be placed through the GizMac web site to qualify for the program – you will need to input the code ‘Replace’ when placing an order.
GizMac’s Ken Vitto said the company will accept trade-ins from Australia and all international countries, via the website. “This promotion will be an economical way to finally get Aussie customers the Titan Clear iPod case that so many have wanted, but thought shipping was a little too much when having to pay full price to begin with,” he said.
The discounted iPod case with trade-in will cost US$12.49 plush shipping and handling.
