Lenovo has expanded its range with a new small form factor desktop ThinkCentre PC, as well as a ThinkPad Tablet PC and widescreen ThinkPad notebook – all of which are Vista-ready.
The new desktop PC features Intel Core 2 Duo processors and comes with the new Vista operating system. Lenovo boasts that it is 64 percent smaller than its original tower form factor and 25 percent smaller than its conventional small desktop – freeing up your desk space.
The ThinkPad Tablet was also designed with small form factor in mind. Lenovo claims it has improved on its predecessors with a new 12 inch MultiView indoor/outdoor display as well as a MultiTouch feature on select models that lets you use your pen or finger to move the cursor.
Also featuring shocked mounted 2.5 inch SATA hard drives up to 100 GB/ 7200 rpm or 120 GB/5400 rpm, the Tablets are available in Vista capable or Vista Premium Ready models and some offer 802.11n technology.
Rounding out the new releases is the new ThinkPad notebook with a 15.4 inch screen designed for multimedia applications. Users can opt for a WSXGA+ screen as well as fingerprint scanner or wireless options such as an embedded WLAN card, Bluetooth and IR. The notebook comes with Intel Core 2 Duo processors, Intel integrated graphics and ATI discrete graphics capabilities.
