LG Electronics (LG) has released the LG 10kg Top-Load Washer (WT-R107) – one of Australia’s largest four star rated top-load washers to date.

Superior handling of large loads is supported by a heavy duty Direct Drive Motor through a Dual Drive Direct System. Despite the increased capacity, the 10kg Top-Load Washer operates at minimal levels of energy consumption with a three star energy rating.
The LG 10kg Top-Load Washer is designed to be handle the most delicate laundry items with care and as well as a standard Delicates Cycle, it boasts Wool/Silk and Hand Wash settings specially designed to treat fine articles with care.
The TurboDrum feature which is unique to LG Top-Load washers, operates unlike a conventional drum, since it rotates in the opposite direction to the pulsator which results in a more powerful washing action with reduced incidence of clothes tangling.
The Air Dry feature – a moisture reduction option, reduces drying time by spinning at high speed while continuously sucking air into the tub through holes under the lid handle, thus reducing moisture from the clothes.
For enhanced stain removal capabilities the TurboDrum technology includes the use of three different water levels throughout the cycle to saturate, shake and separate laundry which optimises the detergent concentration in order to get tough stains out.
Other features include Fuzzy Logic Control, Delay Start, detergent / fabric softener / bleach dispenser, auto-power-off and child lock features.
