Netflix Users Can Now Skip Intros On Chromecast

Netflix is adding the ‘skip intro’ feature for TV shows that is currently available on Smart TVs to all Chromecast devices.

The ‘skip intro’ button will be seen at the bottom of the toggle menu on a devices.

Android Police picked up on the new feature giving Netflix users back those 30 seconds wasted on long intros.

However, only Android users can use the Chromecast skipping button at the moment with an iOS update more than likely to be introduced in the near future.

The ‘skip intro’ button was introduced last year on Smart TVs.
