New Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Has Faster Processor Than S3

Samsung Australia is getting set to launch the Galaxy Note 2 with a launch tipped for the last week of August.

A Samsung spoksperson said “We plan to unveil the next Galaxy Note at the Samsung Mobile Unpacked event at IFA in Berlin on August 29.”

Invitations to a launch event went out last week. The invitation features what looks to be an image of a stylus, one of the main features associated with the Samsung Galaxy Note.

The new model will have a larger 5.5in touchscreen, a faster processor than the one in the Samsung Galaxy S3 and Google’s Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system.
