Balaclava-clad robbers rammed a BMW 4WD into an Apple Store in California and stole assorted Apple products.
CCTV footage of the 4WD smashing through the store’s glass has hit the web, recording the robbers as they scurried throughout the store grabbing iPads, laptops and other Apple devices at arm’s length.
Comically when it came time for their classic getaway, they hit a speed hump. The Beemer struggled to make it through the shop’s shutters and needed three aggressive attempts before they could flee the scene.
No Apple iPhone 5s were stolen, mainly because it doesn’t go on sale until the 21st of September. Whoops. Ironically we have a feeling had they waited for its release, it still would’ve been sold out.
According to the telegraph, a Los Angeles man has pleaded not guilty to charges relating to the raid.
