The Samsung HZ10W is a 10.2-megapixel camera that sports an ultra-wide 24mm Schneider lens with 10x optical zoom for instant close-up shots. It comes with manual controls for adjusting shutter speed, aperture, exposure and focus, and incorporates both Optical and Digital Image Stabilisation to reduce image blur.
In addition, the HZ10W gives users the ability to capture video in 720p high-definition at 30 frames-per-second (fps). Optical Image Stabilisation and the camera’s 10x optical zoom can both be utilised while recording video.
The TL100 is only 16.6mm thick and is housed in a stainless steel body. It uses a 12.2-megapixel sensor, has 3x optical zoom, a 2.7 inch LCD screen, and features Samsung’s new Smart Auto feature, which automatically selects the most appropriate scene mode for the user.
Finally, Samsung has added two new cameras to Samsung’s popular SL-Series – the SL102 and SL420. Both new SL Series digital cameras feature a resolution of 10.2-megapixels, offer Face Detection and are powered by rechargeable Lithium-Ion batteries.
The SL102 features 3x optical zoom, Digital Image Stabilisation technology, and a 2.5 inch LCD, while the SL420 features a larger 2.7 inch LCD display and 5x optical zoom.
The SL102 can record MJPEG / VGA video, while the SL420 can record MPEG4 / SVGA video.
