Samsung Way Out In Front When It Comes To Smartphones Say Experts

Samsung is a preferred brand to HTC and Motorola in the Android market according to new research.According to global consulting firm iGR, Samsung enjoys the “highest brand preference among consumers,” with Motorola, HTC, and LG coming up behind.

The research group said given Samsung has several Android handsets on sale via carriers and retail outlets it’s no big surprise that they sell well.

iGR claims that that past ownership of a phone by the same brand heavily influences some; Analyst Sarah Thoman said “handset display quality and functionality” are a big influence. Anyone who follows Android phones obsessively knows that Samsung usually brings amazing displays to the party along with other great features.
