“We have three factories in China (Lian Yun Gang, Shenzhen, and Dong Guan) and divisions that conceptualise, create, and check the products that we ship out. Since we have a very close relationship with panel manufacturers, we make sure that we know the technology behind the panels and how to build it properly,” says Ziad.
When asked about the materials they use for their products, Ziad said that it has definitely improved. “A couple of years ago, parts were very limited in China and we were forced to use what’s available. But now that it (China) is booming, it has been able to provide us with better products we can use. This means that we can now push even better products for our customers.”
Besides LED, IP-enabled, and outdoor TVs being released in Australia in the coming months, Soniq is also set to roll out a power board with remote control that reduces power by 30 per cent, portable DVD players with iPod docks, TVs with iPod docks, portable Blu-ray players with iPod docks, outdoor speakers, set top box with a built-in DVD player and iPod dock, DAB+ and Internet radios, micro systems, and car mounts for the iPhone.
“We want to offer a unique product that can provide a total solution for consumers. In the end, we want to not only produce great products, but also provide top-notch customer service,” concluded Ziad.
