Control your camera via wrist watch.As wearable tech takes off, Sony unveils their Action Cam Live-View WiFi Remote Control for cameras.
The waterproof, wristwatch-style remote connects wirelessly to your Action Cam, for ‘hands-off’ operation when the camera is mounted on a helmet, or surfboard. It cost $149 and is on sale now.
It has a 1.5″ colour LCD viewfinder which lets you stream live-view images straight from your camera, and lets users check their shots.
The wrist remote can also activate recording and change the camera settings.
The remote can be used as a conventional watch, displaying the current time and date.
Action Cam Live-View Remote Control is waterproof to depths of three metres, has a IPX8 rating, and is dust-proof and freeze-proof.
