HD Slide Show with Music is an in-built application that combines images with music to produce show stopping slideshows. Five standard effects (Simple, Basic, Nostalgic, Active and Stylish) are now supplemented with three Face Priority effects and can be played back with one of four preset music tracks stored in the camera’s memory.
Included is a multi-output dock so users can share images and also power their Cybershot camera. Additionally, an HDMI connection allows your memories to be shared in clear, high-definition by connecting the T500 to a Full HD BRAVIA LCD TV with an optional HDMI cable.
Compatibility with PhotoTV HD offers a new digital photo viewing experience, displaying highly detailed, high definition colour images of unprecedented realism and Full HD quality.
There is also the option to share HD movies online with the Picture Motion Browser (version 3.1) software, which once installed on a PC, allows for the uploading of footage onto online movie sites.
Face Detection Technology will find faces and bring them into focus, working for up to eight people at a time. It also automatically adjusts exposure, setting the optimum amount of light for faces in flash photography and reducing the red-eye effect. The Cybershot T500 is available in red, black and silver.
