The TEAC SB01iDV has a great 2.1 Audio System and many features that include a DVD player, subwoofer and an iPod docking station.
There is no need to connect up speakers behind the listening position and it features a sound retrieval system that stimulates the experience of being in a movie theatre.
An in-built audio equalizer lets you separately adjust the volume of different ranges of frequencies to control the overall sound. Bass and treble level can be adjusted under flat listening mode.
Onboard 3D sound enhancement is used while viewing movies through the unit and it has a built-in clock radio with a snooze function for those who struggle in the mornings. If you choose to you can even leave your iPod connected to the SB01iDV overnight to charge and to wake you up in the morning.
