Telstra Launches New Phone Bundles

Telstra is set to roll out five new bundles that combine its phone, Internet, and Foxtel service.Telstra Executive Director, Consumer, Peter Jamieson said, “As one of the few full service telco providers in the world, we’re able to meet all our customers’ telco and entertainment needs, by providing value and making things simple and offering the ability to have all services on one bill.”

The new bundles that will be introduced tomorrow include the following:

• The Home Bundle that includes 25GB of monthly usage allowance and HomeLine Budget for $88/month for 24 months;
• The Home Ultimate Bundle that give customers unlimited local and STD calls and 5GB of monthly usage allowance for  $108/month for 24 months;
• The Home TV Bundle (5GB) that comes with HomeLine Reach for unlimited local calls, 5GB of monthly usage allowance, and FOXTEL from Telstra’s Platinum package with iQ for $178/month for 24 months;
• The Home TV Bundle (50GB) that offers 50GB of monthly usage allowance, access to FOXTEL from Telstra’s Platinum package with iQ and a home phone plan for $188/month for 24 months; and
• The Home TV Ultimate Bundle with HomeLine Ultimate giving unlimited local and STD calls, 12GB of monthly usage allowance and access to FOXTEL from Telstra’s Platinum package with iQ for 208/month for 24 months.

Telstra has added that users who add post paid or wireless broadband plans can be eligible for free Family Calls (where the cost of standard national voice calls between up to five mobile or fixed services on the same bill is included) or an additional 25 per cent wireless broadband data allowance, plus $10 off the monthly access fee.

“The new Bundles, along with the add-on wireless services, mean there is even more value in all Telstra’s bundles as well as catering for our customers’ wireless broadband and post paid mobile phone needs,” concluded Jamieson.
 
The new plans will be available from 23rd March 2010.
