Toshiba Gives Away 5,000 Netbooks

Customers who purchase a Toshiba high definition LCD TV from its Regza ZV600A or XV600A series can receive a bonus netbook valued at $699.

The company is set to give away 5,000 NB200s – a 10.1-inch netbook that weighs a kilogram and uses Intel’s Atom processor.  It comes with three USB ports, an SD Card slot, a built-in webcam and microphone, and Wi-Fi.

Redemptions can be made online at http://www.isd.toshiba.com.au/redemption/r_index.asp and starts next week until January 10, 2010, with the final date for all redemptions to be claimed by 20th January while stocks last.
