Vodafone and 3 announced that its customers can watch the Commonwealth Games on their mobile for free.According to VHA, the exclusive mobile content will include Live Action from the Games live on Mobile TV, daily news updates, medal tallies and interviews with Aussie athletes including Steve Hooker, Leisel Jones and Matt Mitcham.
The content is free for Vodafone and 3 customers on their compatible handsets and available on the Commonwealth Games page on Vodafone live! and Planet 3 until the 17th of October.
VHA’s General Manager, Internet and Services, Amanda Hutton said, “All eyes will be on the Commonwealth Games and what is set to be one of the most exciting events in this year’s sporting calendar. Mobile TV is the perfect way to stay up-to-date when you’re out and about, on the bus or between meetings. We’re pleased to offer Vodafone and 3 customers the chance to access this great sporting event 24/7.”
Vodafone Customers can catch the Commonwealth Games action by hitting the Live! button on their handset, and 3 customers by pressing the Planet 3 button.
