Contestants Keep Their Cool On The Block

Four couples competing to renovate four apartments located in Vaucluse as part of Channel Nine’s third series of The Block, which will soon be aired on television, are being kept cool on set by Panasonic’s latest range of Inverter air conditioners.

The popular television show, which is hosted by Scott Cam, has been chosen by Panasonic to showcase both its air conditioners and other technology. The company is also planning to air new television advertisements featuring the Inverter range during the show’s commercial breaks as well as content being run on the official website.
The marketing campaign is part of a $6 million dollar investment program by Panasonic Australia to help consumers to make the right choice of air conditioning products, and to make those choices before the onset of Summer (see separate story).
The company is also set to continue its commitment to Tennis Australia with the sponsorship of the 2011 Australian Open.
