Panasonic has launched an iPhone app that will allow users to determine the right air conditioner for their needs.

According to the company, the application features a sizing wizard, information on air conditioner features, videos on technologies and also details on where to buy. Retailers can also use it as a sales tool to ensure they provide the customer with the best model for their home.
“By inserting details such as the customer’s room size, insulation and direction of windows into the size wizard, the application will return the Air Conditioner best suited to their home or business. A product image is displayed and key benefits and features are listed,” said the company.
Panasonic Australia’s Group Marketing Manager – Air Conditioning, Matthew Harrison said, “Panasonic has always looked at ways to make choosing an Air Conditioner easier for consumers and retailers alike. The launch of our iPhone application demonstrates Panasonic’s commitment to innovation and further cements the company as a leader in the Air Conditioner market.”
iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch users can download the Panasonic Air Conditioning sizing wizard by searching ‘aircon’ in the app store.
